As the story goes, last July the chaps from Friendly Fires had a few beers and made a pact with the Holy Ghost! Mob in which each band would cover the others' track.
And, although it's taken them a while, the results of the project were finally unleashed last month. Friendly Fires have cover the DFA duo's 'Hold On' while Holy Ghost will cover FF's 'On Board'. The new package, cleverly titled, ‘Hold On / On Board’ will be available on a split 12' and download next week and will feature instrumental version of both tracks. Anyway, it's out this Friday.
